Details of training

Completed training:

1. Training on improving the quality of life of Vedas and backward people: In the financial year 2015-16, 50 days training has been provided in computer, tailoring science and beautification trade to improve the living standards of 50 Vedas and backward people. At the end of the training, a grant of Rs. 15,000 / - has been given for certificate and rehabilitation.

 

2. Training on improving the quality of life of hijra community: At the district level, 50 people in 2015-16 fiscal year, 50 people in 2016-17 financial year and 50 people in fiscal year 2016-17 have been provided training in tailoring science and beautification trade for 50 days. At the end of the training, a grant of Rs. 15,000 / - has been given to each hijra for certificate and rehabilitation.

3. In the financial year 2016-17, a total of 120 micro-credit beneficiaries, 30 each in Chandpur Sadar Upazila, have been given socio-economic training in animal husbandry, fish farming, small business and other vocational trades.

 

Recommended training:

Training on Life Quality Improvement of Vedas and Backward Classes: At District Level in 2021-22, 50 days training will be imparted in computer, tailor science and beautification trade for 50 days at the district level to improve the living standards of 50 Vedas and Backward Classes at the rate of 15,000 / -. Grants will be given. Socio-economic training will be given to 30 micro loan beneficiaries at upazila level.
