The general purpose of the project
The main purpose of the project |
General Objective : The general objective of the project is to improve the living standards of marginalized people. Especially those who are engaged in small business / occupations such as blacksmith, potter, barber, bamboo and cane manufacturer, bronze / brass manufacturer and shoe repair / manufacturer. |

Specific purpose: 1. Ensuring the constitutional rights of marginalized people of Bangladesh; 2. Determining the exact number of marginalized people who are engaged in basic small occupations; 3. Provide training to increase the earning capacity of marginalized people; 4. Creating job opportunities and self-employment opportunities for marginalized groups; 5. Eliminate unemployment by increasing the skills of marginalized people through training and involving them in income generating activities; . Single / team based one-time grants will be provided to improve the quality of the profession by providing training for the sustainable development of one's own profession; . Providing overall support to create a conducive environment for them to live; . Involvement of local public administration in improving the living standards of marginalized people; 9. Socio-economic development and social security of marginalized people; 10. Increase social status with economic self-sufficiency; 11. Integrating backward small professional communities into the mainstream of development; Involve 1,6,848 members of 47119 families of marginalized population in 8 (eight) districts of the country in development activities.
Specific activities: 1. Determining the exact number of marginalized people who are engaged in basic small occupations; 2. Provide skills development training to marginalized people above 18 years of age to increase their earning capacity; 3. Creating job opportunities and self-employment opportunities for marginalized groups; 4. Providing one-time grants for financial support for the sustainable development of their original profession; 5. Providing overall support to create a conducive environment for them to live; . Involvement of local public administration in improving the living standards of marginalized people. . Create adequate employment opportunities by providing appropriate skills development training to marginalized communities to ensure sustainable economic growth; . By identifying the working marginalized population above 18 years of age, skilled manpower will be developed through short and long term on-the-job training in the listed masters and subordinate institutions. 9. NTVQF-1 (National Training and Vocational Qualifications Framework) National Skills Quality Assessment System based on the job training (hand pen) will be given. 10. Institutional training to engage marginalized people in suitable occupations and basic occupations; 11. Entrepreneur ready. |
